It is essential to capture the proper information for a patient during the initial intake and to make sure we have the current information moving forward. We will help train and work closely with your front desk staff to make sure all information requested by insurance is captured correctly. We will educate your staff on your practices most common denial reasons, and come up with a process to prevent them from happening. Many practices do not point out the fact that this is a group effort. Clean claims submission starts with the front desk from the demographics, to authorizations, rendering services, creating a superbill, and lastly submitting the claim in a timely manner. If all this is done correctly, it makes it easier to receive prompt payment, and less difficult to fight with insurance companies for claims that are denied in error.
We are confident in our services and we want you to stay with us because you want to. For this reason we do not require you to commit to a long term contract. Our initial contract is for 3 months and in that time we will prove to you the benefit of working with Assurgent. After that, you are free to cancel with a 60 day notice at the beginning of any month.
No need to change software. We will work with the software you currently use.
We can start immediately after we receive information from your staff. The data setup will only take a few days and we can process your superbills right away. We need information about the insurances you participate with and the software you are currently using. We will submit claims electronically, and determine if any need to be submitted by paper.
